Workshop description

As a manager, you set an example for your employees, who expect you to lead them. This is why successful management begins with you and how you understand your leadership role. This workshop focusses on the clarification and development your leadership role. The aim is to recognize your creative freedom and to consciously take advantage of it as well as to establish clarity about both your own expectations and those of your employees. Factors for successful leadership include the ability to apply leaderships styles flexibly and to clearly communicate and apply the principles of cooperation. An additional emphasis of the workshop is therefore on communication and tools for directing professional discussions.

A diverse variety of methods such as lectures, role playing, exercises, individual and group work will help you to gain more competence, clarity and control in your leadership role and to face challenges professionally.

Trainer profile - Dr. Anja Frohnen

Dr. Anja Frohnen is an expert for leadership development, leadership coaching and organizational and personnel development in academia.
Founder and Managing Director of Impulsplus, she works nationally and internationally as a trainer and coach in leadership development and personnel development at universities and research institutes.
