The workshop was structured in a unique way. The participants were encouraged to voice their questions/concerns/challenges during their project management experience. The different concepts/topics of project management were then explained via the (detailed) discussion of these concerns, thereby being a very practical guide.
The workshop style was perfect for my taste. It's great for once to be taught by an experienced researcher with equally remarkable training experience. The group size was ideal to allow us to bring up our own experience and problems. The trainer focused on our specific questions and balanced well the amount of theory and useful tips.
