Informationen zur wissenschaftlichen Karriereentwicklung, Einblicke in hochschulinterne Förderinstrumente für Forschung und Lehre sowie aktuelle Informationen für Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen. Bringen Sie Ihr Sandwich o.ä., informieren Sie sich und haben Sie im Anschluss Gelegenheit mit der/dem Vortragenden ins Gespräch zu kommen - jeweils einmal im Monat.

In this HeRA lunch, representatives of the German Postdoc Network (GPN) will introduce the network, its mission, and its work to support postdocs across Germany — including ongoing efforts to establish a commonly accepted definition of the postdoc phase within the German research landscape.

A representative from TH Köln has also been invited to share her experiences with local postdoc representation and discuss why engagement at the local and regional level is a crucial component of broader advocacy efforts.
