The fourth workshop of the Academic Career Development Programme is an elective course. You can individually choose a workshop with the topic of your personal interest from JUNOs  general workshop programme or university didactics programme (see below).

Alternatively the participants of the Academic Career Development Programme will choose a topic of interest together and take part in the chosen workshop as a peer group.

Topics of choice are for example:

• Science Communication and Self Marketing
• teaching (via HHU's Hochschuldidaktik/ University didactics)
• application for a professorship
• Staff recruitment
• communication
• conflict management
• project management

as well as other workshops of JUNOs General Workshop Programme.
